When it comes to AI, it can be a very helpful tool in the professional world. In this case I used ChatGPT to take my original resume that I used for my personal use and used it to tailor it to two specific jobs fields I am interested in. In order to optimize my request I used this specific prompt “tailor this resume to fit the qualification for a business analyst/sports marketing job. Keep the same language to make it sound like my writing. Format this into a one page downloadable pdf with a clean style to make it more engaging to read”. I found that to get the result I needed, I had to be very specific with what I needed to be outputted. I found that it matched my language, but the design was more simple than what I started with. After doing this task, I learned that tailoring to different audiences involves learning the language and key terms within that audience to make the writing fit.
